The hotel was beautifully decorated, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The corridors were wide, making it easy to navigate with a walking aid, and there were also ramps and elevators available. It was reassuring to know that the hotel was designed with the needs of senior guests in mind.

I would have preferred more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to carrying luggage or providing extra support for senior guests. The children working there seemed busy and sometimes overwhelmed with their tasks.

From start to finish - a lovely experience of 4 nights. Comfortable bed and views to the mountain and the city. Particularly good location not far from necessary in folder as well as suburban Salzburg. Nice surrounding, set right in the center of the city.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and made sure my room was ready even though I arrived early. The room was nicely decorated and cozy, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was excellent, with a bus stop close by for easy access to the city center and main train station. a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Cozy apartment with everything you need next to train station, Ante Portas and tourist area. Staff are helpful and superfriendly, I had a good stay for a short vacation. The property is unbeatable and peaceful, extremely close to a bus stop. It's nestled in beautiful building.

everything was superb, no complaints, had a really really nice stay. its location was indeed exceptionally nice, really close to good public transport in salzburg and which actually was n't such a problem as the city. there was a bathtub in the own bathroom.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right next to the hotel, and it only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The staff was very accomodating! They allowed us to have a late check-out so that our dog would have a place to stay while we ran the half marathon. Nice furnishings, close to the bus stop, free parking, an overall great value!

Affable staff, warm room, located within short walking distance of a bus station. We liked the comfy location. We found reasonably priced restaurant very close to the venue. There was big double bed in the bedroom...

Friendly staff, provided a bowl and welcome snack for dog. Small kitchen with breakfast essentials and fridge. Cozy room with well-equipped kitchen. Informative staff with emergency contact numbers. Convenient location with frequent bus service and nearby supermarket.

Would have been nice to get fresh towels each day but not a major problem

The apartment we stayed in was quiet, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Parking was available behind the apartments and and there was a bus stop for the bus into Salzburg close by. Although the apartments were only staffed in the mornings during our visit, the staff were very helpful, and phone contact was available at other times. Happy to recommend this accommodation.

Attractive and beautiful place, enjoyed having the city centre within 20 minutes on foot. Moreover, there were a bakery and a supermarket a few steps away.

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas at this hotel! the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. the location was perfect, just a short walk or bus ride away from the city center. We loved being able to explore the beautiful Christmas markets and attractions nearby. Another great advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed for a fantastic holiday.

That the hotel was located on a busy street, which meant some traffic noise during the night. However, this was easily remedied by closing the window and using earplugs, so it didn't affect our overall experience.
